Questions from referrers

Can my client come in without a referral?

Yes. Anyone can drop in during opening hours. A referral helps us reach people who find it hard to come in, or who need a warm handover.

Do you work with NDIS participants?

Yes. We work alongside NDIS support coordinators on the welfare side: payments, housing, bills.

How do you report back?

With your client’s consent, we email you when we’ve made first contact, and send a short summary when support ends. We don’t share case notes.

How is the information protected?

We take referrals by phone, so please don’t email your client’s personal or health details. We handle personal and health information under the Australian Privacy Principles, and only our intake team can see it.
